Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Our team then begins reviewing and preparing your order for shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders submitted before the daily cut-off time may move through processing more quickly, while orders placed later in the day may begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery Information
After processing is complete, your parcel is handed over to one of our shipping partners for delivery. Estimated transit time is 7–9 business days (Monday–Friday) from the shipment date.
All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping information will always be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable delivery, we work with established carriers throughout the United States. Depending on the destination, parcel size, and service availability, your order may be delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
The carrier assigned to your shipment will be visible in your tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to become available after the carrier receives the package. You may also monitor your shipment through our tracking page.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, shipping schedules may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. These may include severe weather, increased carrier volumes, holiday periods, address verification procedures, or transportation disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend reviewing the latest tracking updates and allowing a few additional business days for delivery. Should the delay continue, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist with investigating the shipment status.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing or are dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a product that differs from the one you ordered, please contact us promptly at support@zarkhome.com. To help us review the situation, include clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Once we have assessed the information, we will arrange an appropriate solution and provide further assistance where needed.
