We ship within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How Long Do Preparation and Delivery Take?
Order preparation takes 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, transit takes 7 to 11 business days. These are separate stages. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.
What Is the Daily Order Cutoff?
The cutoff is 4:00 PM GMT-6. Orders placed before this time on a business day enter handling that day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on a nonbusiness day, enter handling on the next business day. Preparation still takes 1 to 2 business days.

How Do I Request a Return?
Email support@zarkhome.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a brief explanation. Items should be unused, with original packaging and any labels or tags where applicable. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Do Returns Have Shipping or Restocking Charges?
You pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct additional fees from an approved refund. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the process.
When Will an Approved Refund Be Issued?
After the returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days. Contact us if your refund has not arrived within that timeframe.
